Every port will have 10 telephone numbers (1 fax, 9 voice). Rather than listing all of the possible telephone numbers, it will make sense to use a number format that would be appropriate for the system of airports. With that in mind, you would find cc+1 digit. The cc is the county code which is defined in alphabetical order. The only exception of the alphabetical order is the county where Capita City is located. This county will automatically be issued an 01, and all other counties will follow in alphabetical order.
