There will be an exception to the every airport needing aircraft. Kaldus Air will accept incoming planes from friendly countries, but unless there was a big demand – there will be no need to spend hundreds of millions on a airplane that might not get the workout to make it worth the purchases. Keep in mind, the airplane will only be able to serve 1 flight at a time. If 2 flights were needed, then that would be even more expensive. Again, Kaldus will be a new country, and it might simply not make sense to have long haul aircraft.
With that in mind, it would be assumed that Kaldus is friendly with their neighbors. There will be efforts to have high-speed rail to connection cities neighboring the friendly neighbors. The high speed rail will be able to take a passenger to Kaldus International Airport. While this might not make sense since there are no long haul flights from Kaldus Air, there will be short haul airplanes that would connect to regional airports and therefore eventually connect to individual counties.
There will be a couple of exceptions to this rule. There will be an Airbus A350-1000 as a cargo plane to take 1 sedan and 2 SUVs ahead of the trip to an international location by the royal family. There will also be another Airbus A350-1000 which will actually carry the Royal Family. Both of these aircrafts will be in a restricted location at the international airport.
